WHEATON® 13mm Seal, Center Tear-Out, Aluminum Blue, Unlined. Open top seals feature an opening to allow for exposure of the vial’s stopper or septa (not included). Center disc tear-out seals feature a tear away center disc which allows for this exposure, and turns the seal into a hole cap which you can plunge a syringe through.
